Besides creating applications, "*.qqq" files can be used to customize Quantum.  Files "~\\Applications\\JohnSmith.qqq" and "~\\Main\\JohnSmith.q" exemplify how you can write your own custom initialization files to be used with Quantum.  When John wants to run Quantum using his personal initialization file, John double clicks "JohnSmith.qqq" in his personal directory.  Try double clicking on "~\\Applications\\JohnSmith.qqq" to discover what John has set up in his Quantum environment.
