The Lookup routine currently consists of:

A table of 71 different entries which we call certificates.

Procedures which implement 19 different formulas, each of which, in effect, add infinitely many more certificates to the lookup table.

Number of formulas implemented:

Deriv, Lerch , and PFD Dupl are names of formulas which will be explained later.
