Loops

Start Quantum again and reproduce what you see in the Quantum session below.

Use special function Loop for all your while loops, for loops, etc. in Quantum.  Loop is the "big kahuna" and contains quite a lot of possibilities.  (Maybe too many!)  There are also special functions Add, Multiply and Seq which you can use.
